Classes
Kaliyah offers thoughtfully guided classes designed to support both body and nervous system. Each practice creates space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect through mindful movement, meditation, and intentional rest. Classes include Somatic Flow, Prenatal Yoga, and Hatha Yoga, each offering a different approach to building awareness, strength, and calm. Kaliyah operates as a pop-up yoga experience, hosting classes in carefully chosen spaces throughout the community. Traditional Hatha
A traditional, slower-paced practice focused on holding postures with attention to shape and alignment. Each class weaves in meditation and pranayama, allowing time to settle into each pose, deepen awareness, and cultivate a calm, steady mind.
Somatic Flow

Prenatal
A supportive class designed for every stage of pregnancy. Focuses on gentle movement, breathing, and relaxation to help reduce discomfort, build strength, and prepare the body and mind for birth.
